Rules
- Every paid listing runs exactly 24 hours from the moment its payment settles; a renewal adds 24 hours after the current campaign. Timers are server timestamps, not page clocks.
- One global top link at a time. A higher confirmed payment (at least the current price plus the increment) takes it over for 24 hours; the previous listing keeps its own listing time.
- Only settled payments count in rankings. Bids are not held and outbid takeovers are not refunded.
- Destinations are checked before payment (public host, phishing and wallet-drainer heuristics). Moderators can suspend a listing at any time; a suspended listing loses the top link at once.
- Provider names are self-declared. Clicks are counted once per visitor, listing and hour and are not verified human visits.
- Separate from the Spotlight link, which is bought with the YRUZ wallet and held until outbid.
