These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the YRUZ platform. By registering an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be at least 13 years of age. Each individual may maintain one account. Account holders are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Impersonation of other individuals or entities is prohibited.

2. Acceptable use

Users shall not publish unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable content, nor engage in spam, fraud, distribution of malware, unauthorized data collection, or any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the service.

3. Intellectual property

Users retain all ownership rights in content they publish. By publishing content, users grant YRUZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute such content in connection with operating the platform. This license terminates upon deletion of the content, within technically reasonable timeframes.

4. Paid services

Fees for premium packages, advertising and digital goods are presented prior to purchase. Payments are final upon delivery of the digital service, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. Marketplace transactions are concluded directly between users.

5. Suspension and termination

YRUZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time via account settings, which initiates removal of the profile and associated content.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YRUZ disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
